This was my first time to schedule work with Brown Electric(Jimmy). His professionalism is impressive and demonstrated in advance of the actual work. He is responsive and confirms the appointment very quickly; sends a text when enroute; arrives on time; and even removed his shoes before entering my home. Jimmy's work ethic is impeccable and he demonstrated an expertise, patience, and commitment to do everything required to get it done in a correct and thorough manner. He did an electrical inspection for us on a home we are wanting to purchase, and he is spot on in his report concerning what the home needs to be electrically safe. I called Brown Electric to take care of my Master Bath light fixture, and also add a separate switch for my ceiling fan in the laundry room. In addition to the above, I had him install 3 light fixtures in my attic and take care of a couple of lights at one of my rental houses. Jimmy is AWESOME! What, on the surface, appeared to be an easy fix, turned in to a tough job. Jimmy could have, and most anyone else would have given up. He kept troubleshooting the issue (for almost 4 hours) until he was able to get it resolved. Highly suggest if you have an eletrical problem. Call Brown Electric. I called after 9pm on a friday. I was greeted very nicely and had arranged for repair the next day.
